Inspired by the mythical Burn Island, this event invites collectors to ‘burn’ BOOK GAMES tokens to receive 5 CGC Graded Exclusive VeeFriends Super Stickers that embody the virtues of courage, forthrightness, shrewdness, curiosity and the mystery of Burn Island. That’s right, for every 1 BOOK GAMES token burned, participants will receive 5 total Super Stickers, 1 of each character.
Eruption 20 showcases four VeeFriends characters AND introduces the exclusive Burn Island Super Sticker! This is the first time in VeeFriends Super Sticker history that a non-VeeFriends character (aka Burn Island) is receiving a Super Sticker, adding to the lore of this collection.

Please note that the final supply of these Super Stickers is determined by the total number of burns and holder claims submitted during the eruption window. To allow time for production and grading by CGC, all Super Stickers in this eruption are expected to ship by the end of January 2025.

Participating in an Exchange Eruption is a straightforward process, provided you meet the eligibility criteria. Here’s a breakdown of how it works specifically for Burn Island Eruption 20:
1. Eligibility: To take part in Burn Island Eruption 20, you must ensure you meet the eligibility requirements. For this particular eruption, participants must burn one (1) BOOK GAMES token.
2. Burning Tokens: Once you’ve confirmed your eligibility, you can start burning your token(s). Burning involves exchanging your tokens for unique rewards.
3. Confirmation: When you decide to burn tokens, you’ll need to take a couple of confirmation steps. First, you must “confirm” in IMX, and then you’ll need to “sign” in Metamask or another non-custodial wallet to verify the action. It’s crucial not to navigate away from the Burn Island page during this process. You’ll receive an on-screen notification once the token burn has been confirmed.
4. Burn Completed: After the burn is confirmed, you’ll be redirected to the Burn Island main page. It may take a brief moment (approximately 5–10 seconds) for the receipt of your burn to display.

Important PSA: The most common issue we see users having is receiving the error “unable to complete & verify burn with IMX.” We strongly recommend using Burn Island on the DESKTOP ONLY and enabling pop-ups and disabling any ad blockers.

How to Enable Pop-Ups For Burn Island
Can I participate in this Eruption multiple times, to receive multiple sets of Super Stickers?
Yes. Participants may burn as many BOOK GAMES tokens as they wish. Each time they burn 1 BOOK GAMES token, they will receive the full set of 5 Super Stickers.
For the Series 1 holder claim, do you only receive the Super Sticker corresponding with the Series 1 token you hold? No. If you hold a Series 1 token of any of the 4 featured characters, you will receive all 4 character Super Stickers + 1 Burn Island Super Sticker, for a total of 5 Super Stickers per eligible NFT held. For example, if you hold 2 Series 1 Shrewd Shark NFTs, you will be eligible to claim the following Super Stickers: 2 Shrewd Shark, 2 Curious Crane, 2 Courageous Cockatoo, 2 Forthright Flamingo and 2 Burn Island Super Stickers.
