As we continue to celebrate the Black Cat as our mascot, we’re putting them front and center. In our updated logo, the Black Cat now stands proudly beside the wordmark, reflecting a bolder take on our visual identity while maintaining the essence of past VeeFriends logos.
We’re also beginning to lean more into purple as our primary color. While green has been a big part of our identity, you’ll start to see more purple showing up across our visuals and brand expression.
Purple represents balance, a theme that runs through everything we do. The world is often viewed in extremes — red or blue, too patient or too eager, too confident or too humble. But as Gary has long said, the magic is found in the middle, where these elements and traits blend together. That’s the essence of purple and why it’s at the heart of VeeFriends. Characters like Patient Pig and Eager Eagle showed us that extremes exist in Meet Me in the Middle, but true success comes when they find their balance — when they land in the purple zone.
