Beamable, a decentralised physical infrastructure network (DePIN) for games has raised $13.5 million in a Series A round led by Bitkraft Ventures. The fundraising also attracted participation from Arca, Advancit Capital, 2Punks, P2 Ventures, Solana Foundation, Scytale Digital, defy.vc, GrandBanks Capital and Permit Ventures.
The company plans to use the capital to support the development of Beamable Network, a backend for decentralised gaming infrastructure.
Beamable said its goal is to disrupt the traditional gaming model by reducing the reliance on centralised hyperscalers. The company uses tokenised incentives to align contributors with users, creating a community-driven infrastructure.

According to the announcement, Beamable Network will be managed by the Beamable Foundation, an entity created to open-source Beamable’s infrastructure technology and create a tokenized protocol, that challenges the dominance of centralised hyperscalers.
“By decentralizing resources—computing power, storage, and network bandwidth—the network enables a more cost-effective and robust alternative to traditional server platforms,” the company said.
